Oh and as far as always running as an administrator – shouldn’t be a problem :) You’d only really need to do it if you’ve added new content since the last time you ran it, but it won’t hurt to do it all the time. :)

I must admit that I am a Mac gal and I have not had any problems at all. Perhaps the answer is to give up on your PCs all together and get a Mac the next time you need to upgrade to a new machine :) Good Luck! I wish I could be more help!

Hmm, I’ve not experienced this yet, but it seems a lot of the little “glitches” with My Memories Suite (when running Vista) have more to do with Vista not wanting to cooperate and play nice with My Memories Suite — are you running My Memories Suite as an administrator when you start it up? This may solve your problem. To do this, RIGHT-Click the icon/shortcut you use to launch My Memories Suite and choose “Run as Administrator” from the pop up menu that comes up. Then try to submit your photobook to Polaroid and see if it works. If this does not solve the problem, I’d give the customer service line a call and see if they know anything more about it. I am having the opposite problem! I have created an album, but when I go to upload it to the polaroid website, mymemorysuite is giving me an error message saying “in order to do this, you must connect to the web”. Well … I AM connected to the web, so why am I getting this error? I DO have windows vista (just fyi). Has anyone else experienced this? I just installed the software on thursday, and now saturday, I can’t get it to upload, so I can order a book.

Help anyone? Thx.
